Automatic production machinery from Bruderer and Bihler offer the perfect basis in this respect. This guarantees a high level of process reliability, long tool service lifes and high utilization quotas. Innovative ideas can be put into practice faster and more reliably from a production point of view.

This results in high-quality products with tolerances of up to one thousandth of a millimetre and satisfied customers who are always happy to rely on the know-how of Dawedeit GmbH.

Complex production processes allow the addition of components for assembly with the pressed-formed part, contact welding, thread cutting and simultaneous processing of strip materials in a great variety of dimensions.

Strip materials can be processed in thicknesses ranging from 0,05 mm to 2 mm and widths of up to 150 mm in all kinds and qualities of material. The maximum pressing force is 800 kN.

Products can also be hardened and finished on customer request.
